Crawley Trade Hub is an online advertising platform where tradespeople can promote their services to local customers.

2. Nature of the Service

Crawley Trade Hub provides advertising listings only. We do not act as a marketplace, agent, or intermediary. Customers contact tradespeople directly.

3. Listings

• Tradespeople are responsible for the accuracy of their listings
• Listings must be lawful and appropriate
• We reserve the right to remove listings that breach these terms

4. Payments & Fees

Fees are charged for advertising listings on a monthly or yearly basis. All prices are clearly displayed before payment.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if a listing has not been activated. Once a listing is live, fees are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations

Listings can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund previous payments.

7. Liability

Crawley Trade Hub is not responsible for services provided by listed businesses. Any agreement or work carried out is strictly between the customer and the trade.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
